Refund policy

At Two Brushes and a Bobbin, every piece is created with care and intention. Because our artwork and handmade pieces are original, one-of-a-kind, or custom created, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to a change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.

Custom artwork and personalized pieces are not eligible for return or exchange. Because these pieces are created specifically for you, they cannot be resold.

We encourage you to carefully review product photographs, descriptions , measurements, colors, and other details before placing your order. If you have questions about a piece before purchasing, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items We want you to receive your order exactly as intended. If your item arrives damaged, defective or we accidentally send you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Twobrushesandabobbin@gmail.com

 

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and any damage or incorrect item received. We will review the situation and, when appropriate, work with you to provide a replacement, repair, or refund.

Artwork and Color

Because our artwork and textiles are handmade and photographed under varying lighting conditions, colors may appear slightly different from what you see on your screen. Minor variations in handmade materials, stitching, brushwork, texture, or finish are part of an original handmade piece and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Approved refunds (see above requirements) will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

We reserve the right to determine an appropriate resolution for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect based on the circumstances of the order.
